"Booked this hotel last minute for the football , was much cheaper than the other hotels in the city centre , NCP parking opposite which is very handy Very friendly on arrival and let me check in a hour early as the room was ready. Room was spot on , some sky sports channels ( which I was very surprised by ) A speaker fitted in the bathroom which is connected to the tv , which I loved overall a good stay and highly recommended "

"Two-night stay, beautiful room, my only criticism would be it was a bit dimly lit, no bright mirror for applying makeup! Bed large and extremely comfortable. Bar areas very nice, lots of Beatles-related photographs. Would recommend to any Beatles fans - very close to The Cavern etc, literally next door!"

"We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend these hotels. A few thoughts from our stay. The location is excellent and we received a good welcome on arrival. Our room was a very good size. It could have been cleaner, we moved the beds to meet our needs and the floor had lots of stuff on it. All staff were very friendly. We cud have done with more towels (we did ask) and the beds weren’t made brilliantly each day. "

"A massive carpark BUT its also used by the public as close to the city and is always busy and full ! Had a bit of a wait to get into the carpark really think they should reserve space's for hotel guests! Check in was quite straightforward Stayed a few times so knew the routine! Lift to all floors ,room 658 was a good size as was the bathroom Bed super comfortable. WiFi was good breakfast not included. Very close to the city centre lots of restaurants to choose from Lots of walks and running...

"One night stay after the Liverpool match. Well looked after at 9am on the day of the stay. Stored case for me and enabled me to pay before checking in. Please is just tired, lifts not working etc. Room was comfortable but for example two lights not working in the bathroom and an unrepaired damaged wall by the bed. Would stay again "
